Enter, Phoebe, the visionary behind Jean and Moon, who approached us in January 2023 with an ambitious plan to take her business to the next level. She wanted a Shopify website that matched the unparalleled quality of her products, and we knew that we were just the team to help her achieve her goal.

Our Creative Content Manager, Steph, had already fallen in love with Jean and Moon’s enchanting creations, having purchased their Christmas Sacks for her family in November 2022. With Phoebe’s astounding 33,000 5-star reviews on Etsy, it was crystal clear that Jean and Moon deserved nothing but the very best.

What We Did

• Shopify Migration: We carried out a Shopify migration from Phoebe’s old platform, ensuring that there was no loss of data or disruption to her business. This allowed for a seamless transfer of all existing products, customers, and orders to the new Shopify store.
  
  
• Etsy Integration: In addition to the Shopify migration, we also integrated Phoebe’s Etsy store into the new website. This streamlined her operations, making it easier for her to manage her Shopify and Etsy sales from a single dashboard.
  
  
• Custom Development: We built a range of custom features and functionality into the Shopify store, tailored specifically to Phoebe’s business needs. This included changes to button shapes and locations and clickable category buttons off of the navigations, all of which were designed to enhance the user experience.
  
  
• Integrated App Solutions: We integrated a range of third-party apps, such as Infinite Options, to further enhance the website’s functionality. These app solutions saved Phoebe time and reduced manual workload while also enhancing the overall user experience.
  
  
• Shipping Tools: We integrated shipping tools into the website, allowing Jean and Moon to offer a range of delivery options as and when they were ready. This also allowed Phoebe to quickly adapt shipping fees and print labels directly from the backend of the Shopify site.
  
  
• Email Marketing Setup: To support Phoebe’s marketing efforts, we set up email marketing tools and integrations. This included setting up an email marketing system and integrating it with the website to enable easy management and tracking of email campaigns.
  
  
• Analytics & Tracking: Finally, we set up analytics and tracking tools to provide Phoebe with insight into her website traffic and customer behaviour. This data helped her make informed decisions about her business and identify areas for improvement.
