What this site collects
Short version: the enquiry form, and nothing else that identifies you. No advertising trackers, no data sold to anybody.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, the fields you complete — name, email, company or website, what you need, budget and your message — are sent to Marketing XP Ltd by email and stored so the enquiry can be answered and, if we work together, so there is a record of what was agreed. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes the submission on and does not use it for anything else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires them to be kept for accounting purposes, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email matt@marketingxp.co.uk and it will be dealt with within one month, usually the same week. If you are not satisfied with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
